The room was cozy and met my needs perfectly, and I really appreciated the grocery store right downstairs for quick snacks. I enjoyed some quiet moments in the lounge area and the relaxing outdoor seating. The shower pressure could’ve been better, but it didn’t ruin my overall great experience. 😊

The room was a nice size and stylish, with exceptionally comfortable bed and shower facilities, a hairdryer and bath sheets in the bathroom. The breakfast had a good choice of selection, the food was outstanding. Everything was brand-new, yet a few employees were so relaxed...

Chur, the location was pretty sweet as it's near Ostbahnhof, but the banging door was super annoying! Breakfast was better than I expected, so that was a bonus!

The air conditioning in my room was ineffective . The noise from the check-in area was astonishing. I could hear music playing well into the night, hard to sleep. To top it off, the customer service left much to be desired as the check-in process was confusing and overly lengthy, leading to unnecessary frustration.

Though the rooms were clean, the lack of basic amenities like a fridge or kettle was like a letdown. I encountered some odd quirks, like an insect on the wall, strange door closures, and walking the long way around to access nearby shops.

I stayed for three nights and found the rooms to be spotlessly clean. The location was quite convenient, only a short walk to the train station, and having grocery stores in the same building was a great plus.

The hotel features a striking modern design that stands out. I was especially impressed by the attentive staff. And a large supermarket right in the same building made grabbing essentials very convenient. I appreciated the lovely city view from my room that added a nice touch to my experience.
